The two bedroom property, built in 2002, is a terraced cottage located in a small complex comprising of sixteen similar sized properties. The front of the cottage faces onto the road affording car parking in close proximity to the property. The rear overlooks a private landscaped garden and swimming pool.

The property sleeps up to four persons and is furnished with hand built Andalucian style furniture. The cottage is fully air-conditioned as well as having the benefit of a wood burning stove and heaters for use in winter.

Located close to the centre of the village, the cottage shares a private and secluded communal swimming pool with the other properties within the complex.
